If you are unable to handle your problems in this documentation, don’t hesitate to send us a support ticket at Template Monster. Each Product comes with **6 months of support** and free updates for your Theme.

Once the 6 months support is up, you have the opportunity to extend support coverage up to 6 or 12 months further

* If you don't extend the support, you will still be able to submit bugs report via Ticket or item comments and still have access to our **online documentation** knowledge base and **video tutorials.**

### How to Generate a Support Ticket on TemplateMonster <a href="#how-to-receive-free-support" id="how-to-receive-free-support"></a>

* **Step 1** – Log In to Your TemplateMonster Account. [https://www.templatemonster.com.](https://www.templatemonster.com)
* **Step 2** – Once logged in, navigate to your **Dashboard**. Locate the **Support** tab or click on **My Tickets** in your account menu.
* **Step 3** – Select the Relevant Product.
* **Step 4** – Create a New Ticket.
* **Step 5** - After selecting the product, click the **Create a Ticket**
